Player Bio

Sarah “Sharkie” Harkness came to Beantown RFC in 2016 with no prior rugby experience. Having grown up as a competitive swimmer, she missed being a part of a team and having a competitive outlet. She was invited to practice by a colleague and was immediately hooked. When she is not teaching or playing rugby, Sharkie can be found at the gym, somewhere outside, attempting to speak German, or honing her Bob Ross skills.
